Something not quite right with your purchase of one of our products?

All of our products are sold with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase from the retailer. In the first instance you should contact the store and provide them with your proof of purchase. 

They will liaise with us to provide you:

  • with advice (sometimes you might just need some help trouble shooting or a new battery), 
  • a replacement (if within warranty) or 
  • a refund (if the product has been discontinued). 

Lifestyle Parenting complies with the guidelines governed by the Australian Consumer and Competition Authority.  


If the store advises you to lodge a fault claim direct to Lifestyle Parenting, please use fault claim online lodgement form. Claims can only be processed using the online claim form and MUST be accompanied by your proof of purchase. In some cases the product will need to be returned for testing before a claim assessment can be completed. In all other claims a photo of the product must accompany the claim.
