Lifestyle Parenting Distribution Group sells directly to consumers as well as distributes to wholesalers. 


Customers responsibility upon delivery

Please examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged or missing items.

Please sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the Delivery Company representative to indicate your delivery has been received in full.

In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect items please notify delivery company representative at time of delivery and email us within 48 hours to Please state your stores details, the invoice number, PO reference number (if applicable), number of boxes received and provide a brief outline of the problem.

A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.


Faults & returns

All of our products are sold with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase from the retailer. In the first instance you should contact the store and provide them with your proof of purchase. 

They will liaise with us to provide you:

  • with advice, 
  • a replacement (if within warranty) or 
  • a refund (if the product has been discontinued). 

Lifestyle Parenting complies with the guidelines governed by the Australian Consumer and Competition Authority.  

If the store advises you to lodge a fault claim direct to Lifestyle Parenting, please provide the following by email to  

- photo of faulty item
- photo of proof of purchase - ensure we can see name of the store and the date
- details of the fault
- your full name (name used to place order), street address, phone number

If the product is not suitable or change of mind, you will need to provide proof of purchase and the item will need to be in it's orignal packaging.

In some cases the product will need to be returned for testing before a claim assessment can be completed. In all other claims a photo of the product must accompany the claim. Please allow 48 hours for your claim to be assessed.
